westbound 37 lines have been obstructed. since just before 4:00 a.m. this morning. when the multi vehicle accident occurred involving a bigger guy lost part of its load of steel cable. crews of had to cut about cable. we're now waiting the big free towing to be towed away. and also for dump truck to come off and pick up the load. hall of this crime bill but has been cleared by crews working at the scene. they have for a while both lanes blocked, and none is yet one lane open here westbound approaching highway 29. here is the location of the incident. it occurred in this direction right here, just before highway 29. traffic is backed up nearly to interstate 80 in that direction. a lot of folks who were coming up there, and getting on to 29, at american can in heading south for coming over from 80 on american canyon road, but 29 southbound now is heavier than usual so there's really are no

731 random kron4 morning news this on highway 37 was about. leading up toward highway 29, we have had an ax and out there. it had happened around 3:45 a.m. this morning, and for the better part of the morning it block both of these westbound lanes approaching highly 29. it has been backed up least there all morning long. they did less to get one lane open. and that is with the handling all the traffic flow. believe it or not as i talked to jackie cecil, they're having a couple of new incidents that occurred in the backup. one person was stopped by the chp, and cited for driving on the shoulder. which is illegal by the way. and it turned out that person did not even have a license, said that i have to wait for it to our chart to impound the vehicle. then another vehicle accident occurred and have to wait for a tow truck for that. so though they may have these plans clear,
